Same here! I cannot download the data from those links. A "HTTP Error 503: Service Unavailable" error is raised when I'm trying to use wget.

Announcement: some download links are (and will be) invalid for a while due to the webserver was down. The university is fixing it. Please ask around who has previously downloaded the datasets/detections for their usage. Sorry for the trouble. We are trying to bring them back soon.

While waiting for the webserver to be back up, the datasets can be downloaded via Internet Archive's Wayback Machine:

I don't know if it's only me, but the web archive link keeps failing, "Failed - Network error" I tried multiple times in various web browsers.
