Description
This mod adds The Umayyads to the game as a playable civilization. This mod requires the Brave New World expansion (DLC). Changes Arabia to The Abbasids.

Introduction
The Umayyad Caliphate was the second of four major Islamic caliphates. The Umayyad Caliphate would become the greatest empire the world had seen by then and it remains one of the largest empires. Al-Walid I ruled during the Apex of the caliphate, who continued his father's successful policies. During Al-Walid I's rule, the empire reached its greatest extent. Al-Walid I also constructed many important buildings, such as the Umayyad Mosque.

Troubleshooting
If you subscribed, but it doesn't show up:
1. Turn off the game.
2. Delete the Civ5ModsDatabase.db from Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache.
3. Launch the game and go to the mod section again.
After waiting for a brief period, all missing downloads should initiate and install!

If that didn't work, try this:
1. Go to Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS
2. If there is a .civ5mod file in that folder, open that with 7zip, Winrar or similar software
3. Unzip/unpack the contents in Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS

And finally..
If you like this mod, you can show your support by thumbing up :)

The chance should be 15% (it is capped at 15%), so you should have gotten a unit by then. Or you are just very unlucky. During playtesting, I remember getting units on a regular basis. The disbanding effect was intended to be used whenever you received too many units from the effect, so mainly as an added bonus. But yeah, you could also use it on a city-state, maybe the faith gain should have been higher. At any rate, I no longer update these mods. I can't say for certain it's not bugged, though.

Fahith-Output of the City 19, Missionar stationed for 33 rounds now. How long must I wait???
Till now got no unit. Spend then a Uman Warrior and got only 3 faith. So spending a unit for faith is a bad deal. So it is btter to spend it a city-state.

Hi, how exactly did you get the improvement art defines up and running? I don't quite understand it... No matter what I do to replicate it, it doesn't work.

@Andi Unfortunately, I seem to have lost the name of the song back then. I found it somewhere on Youtube, I believe.

I've no idea, do you mean the Community Balance Patch or the Community Patch? I did not add support for the former, mostly because I've no idea what to exactly add support for, and idk if the latter actually needs support. While the former makes gameplay changes, the latter mostly fixes bugs and expands modding possibilities.

So to answer your question, probably not.
